As a Welcome Magazine exclusive, Nadia Tschenett will present current trends directly from the international runways.

After six years in the fashion department of the German ELLE magazine, the Merano native has been working at LOEWS, the leading PR agency in the haute couture business in Germany. As Unit Director, she headed the fashion budget of Burberry and Jil Sander. Since her return to South Tyrol, Nadia works as a consultant to bigger and smaller clients in the fashion world. Her activity focusses on the organization of events, styling and the creation of professional photo shoots.

 

 

 

 

 

M E T A L L I C

2023 still loves metallic. This trend is present at all the big fashion shows. Gold and silver looks have been spotted at Tory Burch, Chanel, Isabel Marant, Paco Rabanne and Bally among many others. The shiny outfits are excellent for special events, but you can (and should!) integrate them into everyday look. Sequins, lamé or shimmering runway collections have introduced the “spring favorite”. An exceptional trend that will still be holding on in 2023.

Fashion year 2023 is all about comfort. A must-buy for summer are cargo pants with lots of pockets, as currently seen at Coperni, Fendi and Burberry. But you can’t do anything wrong with a utility jacket, a skirt or female dress with lots of pockets either! Styling tip: wear these garments with absets and an elegant handbag. This mix of masculine and feminine elements looks down to earth and so exciting at the same time.

 

S U N S E T   O M B R É

The evening glow, described in its shades by all the poets of this world, has always evoked a feeling of calm and contemplation in people with its yellow, red and orange tones. This sunset effect with its extravagant dip-dye shades is currently dominating the international catwalks. On body-hugging silhouettes by designers Etro, Ferragamo, Zimmermann and Courrèges, to name a few, we can experience firsthand the vitality and power source of these colors. This season, they will not only be seen on Instagram, but will also prevail in our closets.
