Every month we introduce a team member of Tiroler Goldschmied.
Barbara Pichler has been part of the Tyrolean goldsmith family for 10 years now. Initially, she worked as a jewelry consultant in Dorf Tirol. Her skills in the area of customer communication became more and more apparent. Always prepared, she is now the first point of contact when it comes to any kind of customer service and shipping.
Barbara is a strong woman who gets things done and is always ready to help. Countless neat parcels pass through her hands in her daily work.
We all like to have a cool line on our lips in every situation so that we come across as quick-witted and confident. Barbara is a master at this. Her convincing and quick-witted manner is captivating and brings a smile to everyone’s face.
She doesn’t just live out her passion for jewelry advice over the phone and by email: at our wedding fairs and in our wedding jewelry store in Schenna, she helps future couples choose their wedding rings for life.
We asked her a few questions:
What is your trademark?
I’m always in a good mood, and my distinctive glasses are my trademark.
What do you particularly enjoy about your job?
My job is very varied. I love the challenge of satisfying customers.
The feedback I get from my work is balm for the soul.
Your favorite piece of jewelry is …
… the alpine rings from the Schmuckwerk brand
Ring Alps Alpenring
Ring Alps Alpenring
Ring Alps Alpenring
Ring Alps Alpenring
Ring Alps Alpenring
Why?
The rings radiate something very powerful.
I also love the mountains and my homeland. When I wear my alpine rings, I always have the Alps with me.
What is your best or most unusual memory from your work at Tiroler Goldschmied?
There are many: we are always part of extraordinary events, such as the jewelry presentation at the Schullian nursery or the renowned White and Gold event.
And of course I like to think about the nice responses from customers when they receive their pieces of jewelry.
What hobbies do you have?
The most important thing for me is spending time with my two daughters. When it comes to my family, I’m a lioness.
Without a doubt, spending time with my friends is also at the top of the list.
